Nic is Chairman at Hoffman Knight, having founded the company after 50 years of diverse experience across several industries. Working internationally within project management and consultancy, Nic managed large engineering projects before moving to Devon where he began investing in the development of small start-ups and the acquisition of larger companies. With the establishment of several successful franchises, Nic leads on innovation at Hoffman Knight and has bought many successful brands to market.
Arguably one of the most credible voices out there on business development, Nic has strong judgment and great instincts. Always curious about new ventures and collaboration, Nic thinks differently and has a philosophy that is genuine and refreshing in the business world: that of keeping it simple.

Kate spent 15 years in the luxury goods industry selling objets, watches and jewellery all over the world, before turning to private healthcare where she focused on delivering exceptional patient care, helping patients to navigate their treatment pathway and co-ordinating care options.
Three decades of experience of working with demanding clientele has resulted in an exceptional rapport with people. Very much a people person, Kate is often the first point of contact for business owners requiring
assistance, and she is strongly committed to forging strong relationships with clients. Kate’s attention to detail means that she excels at data analysis and organisational excellence, and she is responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the business.
Kate brings a fresh perspective to each of the projects we undertake, whilst supporting the Hoffman Knight team and ensuring that our clients remain the focus of everything we do.
